The impact of our projects is measured using data-driven, site-specific analysis – whether it's reducing embodied energy, activating vacant spaces, or creating inclusive spaces. ESG criteria, SDG indicators, and real estate-related KPIs (e.g., energy efficiency, land use, diversity of use) are used. Impact is not only assessed and made measurable, but also considered in an integrated manner.
