We are looking for an Asset Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.
The role of Asset Management involves defining and pursuing the real estate strategy and return targets for the portfolio to achieve sustainable returns and value appreciation. We are looking for someone to fulfill these tasks through active portfolio rotation, leasing activities, and development initiatives. Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) measures are important to you. You will manage property management and facility management services for tenants and owners, with a particular focus on innovation through new technologies.
That's the job
– You will develop and implement the property strategies under your responsibility for an attractive real estate portfolio
– You create business plans, cash flow calculations, and scenario simulations for individual properties
– They manage rentals and lease renewals
– You will manage a diverse property management team as well as other functions involved in achieving performance targets
– They monitor the ongoing property performance using key performance indicators and coordinate property reporting to portfolio management or the owner's fund
– They participate in the investment processes as well as the general real estate valuation processes
That's what we want
– You have completed a sound commercial or university-level technical education, ideally with a focus on real estate management
– You have initial or several years of professional experience in the field of real estate management
– Market knowledge in Germany is an advantage; you can further develop this with us
– Your strengths include management skills, a strong customer focus, and good communication skills, also in an international environment, in German and English
– You possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of business plan creation, budget monitoring, and value-influencing factors
– You are dedicated and resourceful, possess a strong affinity for numbers and IT, and have excellent knowledge of all MS Office applications
